Section 018(10) in The Maharashtra Shops and Establishments Act, 1948

(10)This exemption is related onlyto Bombay Shops and Establishments Act, 1948 and shall only forthe establishment, managing the mall and it shall not beapplicable to other establishment situated in the said mall.
