Section 26(1) in Telangana Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923
(1)The [State Government] [The words 'State Government' were substituted by the Adaptation of Laws Orders, 1937 and 1950.] may, after previous publication, make rules to carry out the purposes of the Act.
