Section 1(5) in Tamil Nadu Estates (Abolition and Conversion Into Ryotwari) Act, 1948
(5)[ The Government may, by notification, cancel or modify any notification issued under sub-section (4) in respect of any estate, but the cancellation shall not be deemed to affect the power of the Government under sub-section (4) again to extend the rest of this Act to that estate.
