Section 340 in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964
340. Change of Nationality.
- In the event of an officer becoming a naturalised foreign subject (other than a subject of Nepal) after appointment, he shall inform the Registrar of Reserves forthwith of the fact and resign his commission.
