Section 13(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Registration of Births and Deaths Rules, 1975
(1)The register of births, still births and deaths to be kept by the Registrar under section 16 shall be in three parts as set out in Form Nos. 11, 12 and 13 respectively and in each part of the register, the event shall be numbered serially and for each calendar year.
