115ZD. Application of certain sections relating to properties and funds of the Taluka Panchayat.
- The provisions of sections 164, 165, 166, 167, 168, 170, 171 and 172 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in respect of Taluka Panchayat, subject however, that the expressions "Panchayat" and "Zilla Panchayat", wherever they appear in those sections, shall be construed with reference to "Taluka Panchayat" and the expressions "Adhyaksha", and "Upadhyaksha" wherever they appear shall be construed as "Chairperson" and "Vice-Chairperson" respectively.
