102. Public Notice how to be made known.
- Every public notice given under this Chapter shall be in writing under the signature of the Secretary to the Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] and shall be widely made known in the locality to be affected thereof affixing copies thereof in conspicuous public places within the said locality, or by publishing the same by beat of drum or by advertisement in a newspaper having circulation in the locality or by two or more of these means, and by any other means that the Secretary may think fit.
