This appeal by the assessee arises out of the order dated 14.11.2019 passed by the CIT(Appeals)-2, Nagpur in relation to the assessment year 2015-16.
2. Before us, the assessee has filed a letter dated 29.06.2020, seeking withdrawal of the appeal. The relevant contents of such withdrawal letter reads as under :
"The assessee has opted for Vivad se Vishwas Scheme for F.Y.2014-
15. Assessee has filed an appeal in the matter. As a pre-condition of this scheme, assessee is required to withdraw the appeal. In view of the same, the assessee prays to kindly grant leave for withdrawal of the appeal. Form No.3 received from CIT-3 is enclosed herewith."2 ITA No.409/NAG/2019

3. On perusal of the above letter and having no objection from the side of ld. DR, we allow the request of the assessee to withdraw the appeal.
4. In the result, the appeal is dismissed as 'withdrawn'.
