Section 27(2) in Chhattisgarh State Legal Services Authority Regulations, 2003

(2)All the amounts credited to the District Legal Aid Fund shall be deposited in a Nationalized Bank.Explanation. - In this sub-regulation "Nationalized Bank" means corresponding new Bank as defined in the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 and the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1980.
