(3)If the Board does not, within a reasonable time, take action to the satisfaction of the State Government the State Government may, after considering any explanation furnished or representation made by the Board, issue such direction consistent with this Act as it [may think fit, and the Board shall comply with such directions] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 35 of 1958.].
