1. The Petitioners have approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of arrest in FIR No. 547/2024 dated 22.06.2024 registered at Police Station Nangloi for offences under Sections 323, 354, 354B, 341 & 34 IPC read with Section 8 & 12 of the POCSO Act.
2. It is the case of the Petitioners that they have been implicated because of the reluctance on the side of the Complainant to repay the loan. It is stated that the entire family is being roped in the criminal case.
3. Issue notice.
4. Learned APP for the State, accepts notice. He seeks some time to file the Status Report. Let Status Report be filed within three weeks from today.
5. On payment of process fee, let notice be issued to the Prosecutrix through all permissible modes.
6. List on 30.09.2024.
7. In the meantime, interim protection is granted to the Petitioners till the next date of hearing.
