Section 9(1) in Chhattisgarh Private Placement Agencies (Regulation) Rules, 2014
(1)The renewal of the license shall be granted subject to the following conditions, namely: -(a)The applicant continues to maintain his principal place of business in the jurisdiction of the Controlling Authority.(b)The applicant continues to adhere to the license conditions;(c)The police have no objection to the renewal of the license of the applicant;
