Section 14(1) in Tamil Nadu Apartment Ownership Act, 1994
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 (Tamil Nadu Act 30 of 1983) or the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1975), the minimum number of members required for forming a society for the purpose of this Act shall be five.
