Section 86B(3) in The Goa, Daman and Diu School Education Rules, 1986
(3)The past services of such an employee in his previous school/schools shall be counted for the purpose of:(a)protection of pay, as laid down in rule 85(2);(b)pension and other retirement benefits, as per rule 35.
