20. Appointing authority.
- The Deputy Land Reforms Commissioner (Accounts) shall be the appointing authority in respect of the posts of Typist and Senior Accounts Clerk. For other posts in the Service, the Secretary, Board of Revenue, shall be the appointing authority.
