4 18-12-2014Heard the parties.
In the present civil review application the judgment and order dated 15.09.1995 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1167 of 1994 by a Bench of this Court [Coram: Aftab Alam, J, as His Lordship then was] is sought to be reviewed after about 19 years. By the aforesaid judgment and order dated 15.09.1995, aforesaid C.W.J.C. No. 1167 of 1994 filed on behalf of the review petitioner was dismissed with certain observation.
The present review application suffers from delay of 19 years. If such type of review application is entertained after such a long time, then no lis shall come to an end before any court of law.
For the reasons recorded above, this review Patna High Court C. REV. No.112 of 2014 (4) dt.18-11-2014 2/2 application stands dismissed.
