1. We find that the notice on these petitions has not been issued to the respective respondents.

2. The impugned orders are dated 27.08.2024, wherein directions have been passed that the respondent's be subjected to re-medical examination within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of order.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall, therefore, apprise this Court, whether the said Orders have been complied with and, if not, whether any application seeking enforcement of the same have been filed by the respective respondent. In case, any such applications have been filed the result thereof should also be communicated to this Court by way of affidavit, to be filed at least one week in advance before the next date of hearing.

4. List on 14th October, 2025 in the 'Supplementary List'.
