1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- (i) This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986.(ii)It extends to the whole of the State of Himachal Pradesh.(iii)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
