Section 148(1) in The Calcutta Improvement Act, 1911
(1)Before finally publishing any notification under section 1, sub-section (3), or section 147, sub-section (1), the [State Government] [Substituted by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] shall publish a draft of the same in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted by the Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937.].
