Section 14(1) in The Calcutta Metropolitan Development Authority Act, 1972
(1)The Metropolitan Authority may constitute as many committees, consisting wholly of members of such Authority or wholly of other persons or partly of members of such Authority and partly of other persons and for such purpose or purposes, as it may think fit.
