There is a huge delay of 425 days in filing the instant petition for review of this Court’s order dated 20.2.2015 by which the special leave petition filed by the petitioners was dismissed. We do not find any justification to condone the said delay.

That apart, we have carefully perused the petition for review and the papers annexed in support thereof. We do not find any ground therein warranting review of the aforementioned order.

The review petition is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of delay as well on merits. Consequently, the application for ad-interim ex parte directions, stands dismissed.
