Section 18(3) in Gujarat State Higher Education Council Act, 2016
(3)Ail expenditure incurred by the Council under or for the purposes of this Act shall be defrayed from and out of the Fund of the Council and any surplus remaining, after such expenditure has been met, shall be invested in such manner as may be prescribed.
