FACTS
Vide RTI dt 3.10.12, appellant had sought information on 5 points relating to EIILM University, Sikkim.
2. PIO vide letter dt 16.11.12, provided a point wise response.
3. An appeal was filed on 20.11.12.
4. AA vide order dt 30.11.12, observed that available information has already been provided by the PIO and disposed of the case.
5. Submissions made by the appellant and public authority were heard. Appellant submitted that he has not been provided inputs in respect of query no.3. PIO submitted that these papers pertaining to 2009-10 are with the Vigilance Department of UGC.
DECISION
6. The Commission directs the PIO to provide a response to the appellant in respect of query no.3 within three weeks from date of receipt of the order.
