Section 4 in Bihar Municipality Disclosure Act, 2008
4. Manner of Disclosure.
- Manner of Disclosure shall include-(a)Newspapers in regional, Hindi and English language;(b)Website;(c)Notice board of the municipality;(d)Ward Offices;(e)Any other mode, as may be prescribed, by the State Government under this Act, Rules or Notification issued from time to time.
