Section 6(5) in Rajasthan Schools (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2016
(5)If the School Level Fee Committee fails to decide the fee within the period specified in sub-section (3), the management shall immediately refer the matter to the Divisional Fee Regulatory Committee for its decision under intimation to the School Level Fee Committee in such manner as may be prescribed. During the pendency of the reference, the management shall be at liberty to collect the fee of the previous academic year plus ten percent increase in such fee till the final decision of the Divisional Fee Regulatory Committee.
