(c). the procedure for election of members of the Senate, [xxxxxx] the Academic Council and other authorities of the University and all such other matters relating to these bodies, as may be necessary or desirable to provide;(cc). the procedure for selection and method of appointment, conditions of service, powers and duties of teachers of the University and non-teaching staff.
