(5)Copies of the Judgements and decrees of the Courts below and all other papers/documents relevant and material for the disposal of the Presentation.Explanation- The paper-books filed in any other case shall always contain all the papers as were in the proceedings before the Court/Tribunal whose order is under challenge.
