Section 19(1) in Bihar Special Survey and Settlement Rules, 2012
(1)In order to obtain the services of the licensed surveyors, private individuals may deposit fees, as fixed from time to time, by the Director, Land Records & Survey, Bihar along with an application, in the revenue office concerned. Director Land Records & Survey, Bihar will determine the amount to be deducted out of the aforesaid fees as incidental expenses incurred in the Revenue Office concerned.
