15. Supplementary programme.

- The Board may prepare and forward a supplementary programme as approved by the State Government for the sanction of the [Khadi and Village Industries Commission] [Substituted 'All-India Khadi and Village Industries Board' by Assam Act No. 31 of 1960, dated 17.12.1960.], in such form and before such date as the [Khadi and Village Industries Commission] [Substituted 'All-India Khadi and Village Industries Board' by Assam Act No. 31 of 1960, dated 17.12.1960.] may prescribe and the provisions of Section 13 shall apply to such supplementary programme.
