(5)Four persons having special knowledge or practical experience in respect of education, information Technology, domain of application of Information Technology, to be nomination by the Chairman, from a panel of eight persons submitted by the Director. For the second and subsequent Board of Governors, the Director shall place the panel before the outgoing Board for nomination by the Chairman;
