(10)"hostel" means a unit of residence for the students of the University, or the colleges or institutions maintained by, or affiliated to, the University in accordance with the provisions of this Act or the Statutes or Ordinances ;(11} "prescribed" means prescribed by this Act, or the Statutes Ordinances, Regulations, rules or bye-laws made thereunder ;
