40. Submission of periodical reports, etc. to the Tribunal.
(1)The Liquidator shall report quarterly (quarters ending on 31st March, 30th June, 30th September and 31st December) on the progress of winding up of the LLP in Form No. 13 to the Tribunal, which shall be made before the end of the following quarter.(2)The Tribunal may, on an application by the Liquidator, review any order made by it and make such modifications as it thinks fit with or without any further directions.
