FACTS:
1. Vide RTI application dated 03/09/2012 appellant has sought information on seven issues as contained in his RTI Application.
2. PIO has allegedly refused to receive the RTI application.
3. The first appeal was also returned by the department concerned.
4. FAA order does not arise.
5. Grounds for the Second Appeal filed on 28/12/2012 are contained in the Memorandum of appeal.
6. HEARING Appellant as well as the respondents did not appear before the Commission despite of our due notice.
DECISION The Commission perused the case-file thoroughly; especificaly, nature of issues raised by appellant in his RTI application dated 03.09.2012 and also the grounds of memorandum of second appeal.
The Commission is of the considered view that no fruitful purpose would be served by proceeding further in such cases where neither appellant nor respondent is present, despite of our due notice and also no one appeared on their behalf to represent them in the case. In view of the above, it would be appropriate to close the proceeding. Thus, it is closed accordingly.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
