(2)Save as is otherwise expressly provided in this Act no suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against, the [State] [Words substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any order made thereunder.
