Section 29 in THE CONSTITUTION (SEVENTH AMENDMENT) ACT, 1956

29. Consequential and minor amendments and repeals and Savings.-

(1)The consequential and minor amendments and repeals directed in the Schedule shall be made in the Constitution and in the Constitution (Removal of Difficulties) Order, No. VIII, made under Article 392 of the Constitution.
(2)Notwithstanding the repeal of Article 243 of the Constitution by the said Schedule, all regulations made by the President under that article and in force immediately before the commencement of this Act shall continue in force until altered or repealed or amended by a competent Legislature or other competent authority.
