30. Fee for the associated person.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in rule 29, the State Executive Committee may pay the person associated with the Committee, with the prior approval of the State Government such fees as considered appropriate depending on the nature of Work assigned, and the qualification and experience of the associated person:Provided that the State Executive Committee shall not associate any person Without the prior approval of the State Government, if the period of association exceeds one month.
