                              UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                 O R D E R

While dismissing the application preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the High Court had granted 45 days to the petitioner to appear before the Court below with prayer for bail and had passed the following direction:

“For a period of 45 days from today or till the applicant surrenders whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant. However, in case, the Signature Not Verified applicant does not appear before the Court below within the aforesaid period, coercive action shall be taken Digitally signed by INDU MARWAH Date: 2019.07.06 13:40:44 IST Reason: against him.” We see no reason to take a different view in the matter.

We, therefore, dismiss the special leave petition. Since the time of 45 days granted by the High Court has expired, we extend the period by three more weeks on the same conditions.
Pending applications, if any, shall also stands disposed of.
