(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of:(a)The Chancellor - Chairman(b)The Finance Officer - Secretary(c)Such other members as may be prescribed in the Statutes.(2)The Finance Committee shall be the principal financial body of the University to take case of financial matters and shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, Rules, Statutes, coordinate and exercise general supervision over the financial matters of the University.(3)The powers and functions of the Finance Committee shall be such as may be prescribed by the statutes.
