Section 15(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2014
(1)The Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette, constitute one Appellate Tribunal for each district to hear the appeal against the order of the Tribunal.
