Section 54(1) in Andhra Pradesh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2003
(1)The Commissioner shall ensure that all the Members of the Board and the Child Welfare Committee are given training/orientation on child psychology, child welfare, child rights, and also a copy of the Act and the Rules, either prior to or soon after their assuming office.
