Section 5(1) in The Board and Court of Examiners of Homoeopathic and Biochemic Systems of Medicines Rules, 1965
(1)All meetings of the Board and the Court shall be called by the Registrar by a notice addressed and sent to each of the respective members not less than thirty clear days before the date fixed for an extraordinary meeting.
