Section 12 in Andhra Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1891

12. Application of Chapter III to all Acts:.

- This Chapter shall apply to all [Acts of the State of Andhra Pradesh] [Substituted for 'Madras Acts, Andhra Acts and Andhra Pradesh Acts made' by Ibid.] unless a contrary intention appears in any such Act, but it shall not affect anything done or commenced prior to the commencement of this Act under any enactment now in force.
