Section 13(1) in THE COMMISSION FOR AIR QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION AND ADJOINING AREAS ACT, 2021
(1)The Commission shall furnish to the Central Government an annual report containing such details of the steps taken, proposals made, researches awaited and other measures undertaken by it in pursuance of its functions under section 12, in such form and manner as may be specified by regulations.
