Section 25 in The Gujarat Forensic Sciences University Act, 2008
25. Payment by State Government of University.
- The Government shall pay to the University from time to time such sums of money and in such manner as may be considered necessary for the exercise of powers and discharge of its functions by the University by or under this Act.
