Section 3(2) in Cyberabad (Metropolitian Area) Police Act, 2004
(2)Subject to the provisions of sub-sections (3) and (4), the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) District Police Act, 1329-F (Act X of 1329-F), Shall with effect from the commencement of this Act, cease to apply to the Cyberabad Metropolitan Area.
