(2)When the final statement has been published under sub-section (6) of section 32-D of the Act, the Collector or the Officer authorised by the State Government shall, as soon thereafter as may be practicable, prepare Part A of the Compensation statement in accordance with the principles laid down in the proviso to clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 32-G of the Act and clause (b) of the aforesaid sub-section.
