Section 99(3)(b) in Delhi Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993

(b)[ (i) The application for authorization and renewal for Pollution Checking Centre shall be accompanied by a fee of Rs. Five thousand. [Substituted vide notification no. F. 19 (74)/Tpt/2000/Sectt./315 dated 23-08-2004.]
(ii)In case of delay in renewal of authorization, penalty at the rate of five hundred rupees per month or a part of the month subject to a maximum of five thousand rupees shall be charged.]
