Section 11(2) in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2002
(2)All matters which the Commission is required under the Act to undertake and discharge through hearing of the affected parties and such other matters as the Commission may consider appropriate shall be transacted through such proceedings, in the manner specified under the Act and these regulations.
