Section 17(1) in Indian Institute of Public Health Gandhinagar Act, 2015
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)the Director, who shall be the Chairman;(ii)the Registrar;(iii)one member of the Executive Council, to be nominated by the President;(iv)a person who is expert in finance and management, to be nominated by the Chairman in consultation with the President;(v)any other person that the President in consultation with the Director deems fit;(vi)the Finance Officer of the University, who shall be the member-secretary of the Committee.
