Section 101 in The Orissa Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1964
101. Open air.
- These rules do not apply to cinematograph exhibition given occasionally in the open air or in buildings not regularly used for such exhibitions. Licences for such exhibitions shall be granted by the Licensing Authority after satisfying himself of the temporary nature of the Exhibitions and the Licensing Authority shall impose such of the conditions laid down in the previous rules as seem necessary.
